第一步：登录USPS网站申请帐号

注册成功后可获取到用户名、密码等信息

注册成功后，邮件会收到以下信息

For Company: xxx Your Username is xxx Your Password is xxx

第二步：申请API访问权限

如上图文字所示，帐号申请通过后，还需要发邮件至 webtools@usps.gov 申请开通API访问权限 注意：申请API权限的邮件需要提供以下信息：

1.Request APl Permissions APl access and permissions are added separately after registration. To obtain these permissions, contact webtools@usps.gov.

Provide in your request for access:

  • Username/UserlD (from the automated registration email):
  • USPS Mailer ID (MID):
  • Company Website:
  • Are you a shipper or software provider? Please provide details on how your business wil use the APls.
  • List of APls to which you would like access and expected volume (peak daily, weekly, monthly)- reference www.usps.com/webtools for a complete list of APls.

Be advised shipping label APl access requires eVS setup/enrollment. In general, eVS:

  • Requires 50 pieces or 50 pounds per mailing
  • Requires a permit imprint
  • Requires payment via ACH debit daily (no other forms of payment)

第三步：帐号和权限都申请完成后，将用户名、密码填入API授权信息。
